As many rounds and reps as possible in 25 minutes of:
- 400 Meter Run
- 25 Calorie Row
- 25 Burpees
This will be in teams of 2. One partner will be running the 400 and the other will be working on rounds and reps of the row/burpee couplet. When the runner gets in, they will pick up wherever their partner is on the couplet
