Back Squat:

  • Build to a heavy set of 3

Then,

For time:

  • 150 kettlebell swings (53,35)(44,26)(26,18)*

*Every minute on the minute until completion, starting at 00:00, perform 4 burpees.

It has been a little bit since we went heavy with the back squat. Get under the bar and go as heavy as possible for 3 reps. After that we will do a little kettlebell swinging with some burpees mixes in. Don’t get behind!
