For Time:

  • 10 Rounds of “Cindy” (5 pull-ups, 10 push-ups, 15 squats)
  • 50/35 Calorie Row
  • 30 Power Snatches (115,85)(95,65)(75,55)(55,35)

In this one we are going to start off doing 10 rounds of the benchmark workout known as “Cindy”. Each round equals 5 pull-ups, 10 push-ups, 15 air squats. After that, jump on the rower and then go to power snatching. Happy Friday!
