It is time for a heavy day! Our goal is to build up to a heavy set of 3 push jerks from the racks. Remember to get quick upright dip and drive and really punch hard under the bar to receive it. In the metcon we are going to grab a pair of dumbbells and a jump rope and burn through. Go hard!
