20 Minute AMRAP:

  • 400 Meter Run
  • 20 Dumbbell Hang Clean and Jerks (35,25)(25,15)(20,10)
  • 15 Kettlebell Swings(53,35)(44,26)(26,18)

We are ending out the work week with a 20 minute AMRAP. Try to stay as consistent as possible on each round. The weights aren’t heavy so you should be able to keep pace. See you out there!
