Sumo Deadlift:

  • 3-3-3-3-3

For most of you this will be a new style of deadlift. It is not completely new though. We are familiar with the grip and stance from the sumo deadlift high pull. The mechanics are no different than the regular deadlift. Shoulders and hips move together until the bar is above the knees and then then the hips come to the bar as you stand.
