For Time:

  • 100-m walking lunge
  • 100 push-ups
  • 100 medicine-ball cleans(20,14)(14,10)(10,6)
  • 100 pull-ups
  • 100-m walking lunge

Today is all body-weight movements with the exception of the medicine ball cleans. Scale the reps down to a manageable level for you. This will take some strategy to break apart and keep you from not going to failure on the push-ups and pull-ups especially. We will go over options in class. ✔
