Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
-21 GHD sit-ups
-14 single-arm dumbbell push jerks
*Use a single, heavy dumbbell and alternate arms each rep.
This one could have a high volume of reps for the GHD. If you haven’t had much exposure to the GHD or do them regularly, we will do abmat sit-ups (weighted if you want). The single-arm dumbbell push jerks will be a new one for us. You will go as heavy as you can and alternate arms each rep for a total of 14.
