This workout comes to us from the CrossFit Games Masters/Teen division. It turns the pull-ups in “Fran” into a complex of bar muscle-ups, chest to bar pull-ups and chin-over pull-ups. If you haven’t mastered these more difficult movements yet we will be doing the standard “Fran”. Happy Monday!
