“CrossFit Total”
- Back Squat, 1 rep
- Shoulder Press, 1 rep
- Deadlift, 1 rep
This weightlifting total was one of this year’s CrossFit Games events but has been around a long time as strength benchmark. It scored by a total of the highest successful lifts from each movement. Once warmed up, you get three attempts to achieve a 1 rep. Happy Friday!
