-Max reps of clean and jerks(155,105)(135,95)(115,80)(75,55)

*Rest 2 minutes between rounds.

In this partner workout, Partner A will start the first round doing all 25 squats while Partner B performs clean and jerk reps. When Partner A completes the squats they can help with clean and jerks but only one partner working at a time. In round 2, Partner B will do the 25 squats. Alternate this format each round. The score is the amount of clean and jerk reps for all 10 rounds.
