25 Minute AMRAP:

  • 400 Meter Run
  • 50 Squats
  • 400 Meter Run
  • 50 Push-ups
  • 400 Meter Run
  • 50 Pull-ups

This has a bit of a “Murph” training day feel to it. Run hard and push through each set of 50 quickly. Each 400 meter run will count as 2 reps.
