Thruster:
- Build to a heavy set of 3 reps
Then,
For Time:
- 25 Thrusters (75,55)(55,35)(35,15)
- 400 Meter Run
- 25 Pull-ups
- 400 Meter Run
- 25 Thrusters
It has been a while since we got to test out 3 reps on the thruster. Make sure to drive hard out of the bottom to generate as much power as possible before the weight transfers to the arms and shoulders. After the 3 rep we will drop the weight to a light load and hit a quick metcon.
