Front Squat:

  • 5-5-5-5-5

It is time to take our squats to the front side. Today we will work to keep all 5 sets above 80% of your 1 rep max. Build as you go but keep it heavy. There are lots of strength gains that happen between 3-5 reps. Go heavy and put all you have into it. Happy Monday!
