Row your boat!

7 2-minute rounds of:

  • 20-cal. row
  • Max rep med-ball sit-ups

This is another workout where you have to earn your reps. We want to try to complete the row in a minute or less. Scale accordingly to keep this time frame. The sit-ups will be with a medicine ball on an abmat. Go after it!
