20 Minute AMRAP:
- 5 chest-to-bar pull-ups
- 10 wall-balls(20,14)(14,10)(10,6)
- 15 kettlebell swings (53,35)(44,26)(26,18)
We have spent a lot of time working through 5-10-15 of pullups, pushups and squats over the last few months. Today we get to go after some different movements under that old familiar rep scheme. Just like in “Cindy” try to stay consistent on each round. Keep your breaks to a minimum or have a planned spot to break each round. Have fun!
