  • Front squat 3-3-3 reps
  • Push press 3-3-3 reps
  • Thruster 3-3-3 reps

This heavy day is a great opportunity to improve on your thruster. We will work the two components of the thruster before actually doing the movement. Go heavy on the front squat and push press but keep your main goal as that improvement or PR in the thruster 3×3.
