On the 4:00 for 6 rounds:

  • 400 Meter Run
  • 12 Toes to Bar

In this one you will have 4 minutes to complete a 400 meter run and 12 toes to bar. Whatever time is leftover is your rest time. Wash and repeat for 6 rounds. On the last round we will work the whole 4 minutes to see how many reps we can get. Go after it!
