Power Clean:

  • Build to a heavy set of 3


15 Minute AMRAP:

  • 60 Double Unders
  • 30 Wall Balls (20,14)(14,10)(10,6)
  • 15 Power Cleans (115,80)(95,65)(75,55)(55,35)

Today we go heavy on the power cleans for 3 reps. These will be touch and go reps from the floor. Afterwards we have 15 minutes to work on our double unders, wall balls and more power cleans at a lightened load.
