For time:

  • 30 Clean and Jerks (135,95)(115,80)(95,65)(75,55)
  • Run 1000 Meters
  • Row 1000 Meters
  • 30 Deadlifts (135,95)(115,80)(95,65)(75,55)

This one is going to test you in a couple different ways. How fast can you move the barbell and how fast can you run/row. All the while under fatigue. Sounds a lot like CrossFit.  Tackle this one using your strengths to assist your weaknesses. If you are thinking that none of this is good for you, take it one rep, meter, lap at time until you are done. See you out there!
