  • 200 Meter run, 4 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls
  • 200 Meter run, 6 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls
  • 200 Meter run, 8 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls
  • 200 Meter run, 10 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls

Sumo deadlifts today! This will be the first time that we have done the movement for a 1 rep max. Don’t worry, we will go over the technique and have plenty of time to practice. Afterwards, we will add in the high pull to the sumo deadlift and a short run in our metcon. It should be a lot of fun!
