  • Overhead Squat: 5-5-5
  • Snatch Balance: 3-3-3
  • Hang Squat Snatch: 1-1-1

This is a great setup today to help you improve the snatch. We will start out with the overhead squat and progressively get more technical. Snatch balance teaches you how to drive under the bar and receive in a squat. Keep the weight light if you aren’t getting them right. The last piece will be the hang squat snatch. With this version you don’t have to worry about the first pull from the floor. Use the confidence you have built in the first two movements to quickly pull under the bar and perfect this.
