- 30 Snatches-Alternating arms
- 10 Strict Pull-ups
- 20 Overhead Squats
- 10 Strict Pull-ups
- 10 Turkish Get ups
- 10 Strict Pull-ups
Today we mix some strict pull-ups with dumbbell movements. If you don’t have strict yet, make the pull-ups as challenging as you can. Pick a dumbbell weight that allows you to complete the movements in 2-3 sets. Have fun!
