Front Squat:

  • Build to a heavy set of 3

Then,

12 Minute AMRAP:

  • 10 Front Squats (135,95)(115,80)(95,65)(75,55)
  • 20 Pull-ups
  • 50 Double Unders

Lets get in there today and bang out some heavy front squats! Build up to a heavy 3 rep. Afterwards we will drop down the weight and use the front squat in an AMRAP with pull-ups and double unders. Have fun!
