Welcome to the last week in April. This month has flown by and has been and awesome month of fitness for us. Today we have a fast burner with clean and jerks and muscle-ups. Scale the weight so that you can consistently attack those 10 reps. This will be a good opportunity for you to work on your muscle-ups in a low rep setting or challenge yourself to a harder pullup.
