The Brier Creek 300!

Deadlift:

  • 5-5-3-3-3-1-1-1-1

This is going to be a fun deadlift day! We will start off with two sets of 5, then three sets of 3 and finally four sets of 1. Try to build weight on each set. Going heavy is the key. If you end up with a new PR, that is great. Happy Friday!
