10 Minute AMRAP:
- 200 Meter Run
- 15 Push-ups
The weather looks a lot warmer today so it is a great opportunity to get outside and train. This one should be hit as hard as possible. Push those 200 meter runs right from the start. If you drop off a bit, but are still giving your best effort that is fine. Fight through those push-ups but beware of going to failure. See you out there!
