Dumbbell or Kettlebell Arnold Press:(double arm is best but single arm is great too)

Set 1: 15 Reps Light with a 3 second negative (down)

Set 2: 1 Half rep from the bottom into 1 full rep 10 times through
(Half + Full= 1 rep)

Set 3: 1 Half rep from the bottom into 1 full rep 8 times through
(Half + Full= 1 rep)

Set 4: 10 reps with 3 seconds up and 3 seconds down

Set 5: 8 Reps with 3 seconds up and 3 seconds down

*Rest 2 minutes between sets. Use whatever weights you have.

Then,

4 Rounds for time:

  • 200 Meter Run
  • 20 Kettlebell Swings
  • 20 Tuck Jumps
  • 20 Deadlifts (DB’s, KB’s, Barbell)

*If you choose barbell for the deadlifts, pick a weight that allows you to go unbroken or 1 break. A good option would be (135,95)
