“Support Your Local Box Workout 1”

Complete as many rounds as possible in
10 minutes of:

  • 10 squats
  • 9 dumbbell snatches, right arm(50,35)
  • 10 push-ups
  • 9 dumbbell snatches, left arm(50,35)


  • The first workout is here! This one is body weight movements and dumbbell. Use any odd object that you can safely pull from the ground to overhead in one movement if you don’t have a dumbbell. The score is total reps in 10 minutes.
