3 Position Clean:

  • Build to a heavy complex

Then,

  •  1 attempt at max rep, unbroken wall ball shots

Today we have a power clean barbell complex that will start from the high hang, go to above the knee and then from the floor. Build to as heavy as you can for the three reps without dropping the bar or resting on the floor. After that we will take on a quick wall ball challenge. Happy Friday!
