3 Rounds:
6 Bulgarian Split Squats (Heavy) + 6 second Hold at Parallel into
6 Bulgarian Split Squats (drop weight 20%) + 6s Hold at Parallel into
6 Bulgarian Split Squats (drop weight 20%) + s Hold at Parallel (this one may be with no weights)
–switch legs and repeat–
*Example: 6 x 50lbs + 6s Hold at Parallel , 6 x 35lbs + 6s Hold at Parallel, 6 x 25lbs + 6s Hold at Parallel then switch to other leg.
Rest 2:00 between sets. Place back leg on bench or other elevated surface. Hold DB/KB on the opposite side of the working leg.Record the 3 weights used. Feel the burn!
Then,
As far as possible in 10 minutes:
- Sandbag/Odd object overhead carry
*Every time you have to put it down do, 10 ground to shoulders before moving on.
