Bench Press:

  • Build to a heavy 3 rep

Then,

12 Minute AMRAP:

  • 40 Double Unders
  • 20 Push-ups
  • 10 Pull-ups

We are kicking off each class with some heavy bench press today. Build up to a 3 rep. Afterwards, we will jump, push and pull AMRAP style. See you there!
