- 100 Wall Balls(20,14)(14,10)(10,6)
- 20 Muscle-ups
One good thing about this long grinder workout is that it is only one round. Try to keep a consistent pace, while not coming out too hard on the run. Then chip through the wall balls and survive 20 reps on the rings the best you can. Have fun!
