- 7 Squat Clean Thrusters(115,80)(95,65)(75,55)(55,35)
- 14 Burpees
Just when we thought thrusters couldn’t get any worse! This is a squat clean version. Start with a clean and finish at the top of the thruster. Grab a few burpees and repeat.
