  • 800 Meter Run
  • 25 Toes to Bar(knee raises)(abmat sit-up)
  • 25 Deadlifts(185,135)(155,105)(135,95)(95,65)

We have made it through another 2018 month. Almost! Your last workout of March has running, toes to bar and deadlifts. The weight isn’t crazy heavy but there are a lot of reps so be smart about how you break this up. The same is true for the toes to bar. Try to keep from gaming the run to go faster on the other two movements. Every part should be taken on with intensity. See you there!
