  • 14 Burpees
  • 400 Meter Run
  • 13 Burpees
  • Etc,etc until…
  • 400 Meter Run
  • 1 Burpee

I borrowed this workout from Pat Sherwood. If you want a bit more of a challenge, knock the dust off of your weight vest and take it for a ride. Get outside and go after it!
