  • 100 Double Unders (150 singles)
  • 30 Push-ups
  • 10 Power Cleans (135,95)(115,85,)(75,55)(55,35)

Wait. It isn’t Saturday and we are going longer than 20 minutes? Absolutely! Everyone should get an opportunity to get a longer workout in. With this one you just have to find a pace that you can stick to for all 25 minutes. It will be easy to come out too hard but resist that urge. Splitting up the push-ups early will be a wise decision. See you on the whiteboard!
