12 Minute AMRAP:

  • 20 weighted sit-ups(35,25)(225,20)(20,15)
  • 10 left-arm overhead walking lunges(35,25)(225,20)(20,15)
  • 10 right-arm overhead walking lunges

All of this will be done with a dumbbell today. Sit-up with it from and Abmat and lunge it overhead. There is nothing too technical here so try to roll through this with not much rest. See you out there!
