On the 4:00 x 6 Rounds:
- 15 Kettlebell Swings (53,35)(44,26)(26,18)
- 50′ Walking Lunge
- 20/15 Calorie Bike
The faster you go to complete each round the more rest you get. The sixth round will be a full 4 minute AMRAP.

On the 4:00 x 6 Rounds:
- 15 Backpack/Gym Bag Russian Swings (load up as much weight as you want, but it should be unbroken reps)
- 50′ Walking Lunge or 20 alternating lunge steps in place
- 15 Burpees
Then,
- 10 Minutes of mobility, skill work or just take a 10 minute walk around the neighborhood
