- Build to a heavy 1 rep
Then,
10 Minute AMRAP:
- 30 Double Unders, 1 Hang Squat Clean
- 30 Double Unders, 2 Hang Squat Cleans
- 30 Double Unders, 3 Hang Squat Cleans
- Continue up
Home Workout:
Find something heavy to front squat for 5 sets of 5 reps.
Then,
10 Minute AMRAP:
- 30 lateral jumps over a rolled up towel or anything that is about 3-4 inches off of the ground, 1 front squat
- 30 lateral jumps, 2 front squats
- 30 lateral jumps, 3 front squats
