Teams of 3

4 Rounds:

  • 4:00 Row for Calories
  • 3:00 Push-ups/Squats (alternate each round)
  • 2:00 Deadlifts (185,135)(155,105)(135,95)(115,80)

In this team workout only one athlete is working at a time. During the allotted time frames you are trying to get as many reps as possible, switching off how you please. Alternate the push-ups and squats each round. Ex. Round 1: push-ups, Round 2: squats. Have fun!
