  • 30 Dumbbell Hang Clean and Jerk (35,25)
  • 15 Dumbbell Goblet Squats (35,25)

More dumbbells today! The dumbbell hang clean and jerks will be done with two dumbbells and the squats will be with one. Put your head down and power through 15 minutes of work.
