Hang Power Clean:

  • Build to a heavy 2 rep

Then,

For Time:

  • 150 Burpees (15 minute cap)

*Bar facing over an empty barbell

Today we start out from the hang with the power clean. Deadlift it up to fully standing, pause, and then jump and land in the power clean. After that it is time to test out your burpee skills. Yay burpees!
