Row Ladder for time: (teams of 2)

  • Row 500 meters
  • Row 1,000 meters
  • Row 500 meters
  • Row 250 meters

*One athlete rowing each piece, one athlete resting.

This is a rowing interval workout where you should have a 1:1 work rest ratio. This is with a partner but rest times will be very close to the same. Record total time at the end. Happy Friday!
