“The CrossFit Total”

  • Build to a heavy 1 rep back squat
  • Build to a heavy 1 rep strict press
  • Build to a heavy 1 rep deadlift

*Combine the total weight of the heaviest one rep for your score.

The CrossFit total is one of the earliest benchmarks in CrossFit. Combine your heaviest 1 rep number from each of the 3 for a total. You get 3 attempts at each lift. We will be working off of the clock so get in and get it done. Have fun!
