Cindy, Strict!

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:

  • 5 strict pull-ups
  • 10 honest push-ups
  • 15 squats

This is a strict, movement version of the benchmark “Cindy”. Try to make all three of these movements as strict and as perfect as possible. Obviously, your Strict Cindy score is going to be less than the regular one. Don’t worry over that and set a new benchmark number. Happy Friday!
