“The CrossFit Total”
- Back Squat, 1 rep max
- Shoulder Press, 1 rep max
- Deadlift, 1 rep max
This is the ultimate strength benchmark for CrossFit. There are some set rules though. You will be on a time clock and you will only get 1 attempt at your max lift. If you miss it goes down as a no rep. Happy Monday!
