Some open gym fun!

3 Rounds for time:

  • 60 Double Unders(100 singles)
  • 30 Knees to elbows(knee raises)(abmat)
  • 30 Ring Push-ups(Parallette or deficit)(standard)

We are ending out the work week with more time not under a barbell. Don’t worry, it will come back and most likely with a vengeance. Until then, we have some jump roping and gymnastic skills to take on. There are a lot of reps in this one so you may find yourself having to scale or modify movements even mid WOD. There is nothing wrong with that especially if you find your form breaking down or that you are taking way too much time to complete a movement. Happy Friday!
