Back Squat:

  • Build to a heavy set of 5

Then,

5 Rounds for time:

  • 4 Strict Pull-ups
  • 8 Push-ups
  • 12/8 Calorie Bike

It is time to go heavy on the back squat! We last did a 5 rep in November of 2019. Check your old numbers and go after it. Our metcon is going to have some strict pull-ups, push-ups and biking. If you don’t have a strict pull-up yet, pick a modification that challenges you for all 4 reps. Have fun!
