Snow day on the CFBC O-course!

20 Minute AMRAP:

  • 10 Box Jumps (30,24)(24,10)(build a height)
  • 15 Single-arm, Dumbbell Overhead Squats (55,35)(35,25)(25,18)
  • 20 Sit-ups

The dumbell is back! This workout has three totally different movements and promises to be a good one. We will start out with a higher box jump. Take your time on these to keep all of your shin skin intact. The single-arm dumbbell squats are going to be what slows you down. You need to really focus on keeping your arms locked and shoulders activated. The reps can be switched out, as far as left/right, however you want. The sit-ups at the end are going to tax your midline and make you have to work a little bit harder on each subsequent round of squats to stay stable. Good times!
